Just wanted to say that your technician was terrific. He came up with a simpler and better solution than I had in mind, kept everything clean (took off his shoes coming in and out), was obsessive about even making sure things behind the TV that couldn’t be seen were neat.

And more generally, I emailed you late on Saturday, you responded right away, and the problem was solved by 10 or so on Monday. Very impressive.
