Saul has been very professional from the start. We had several TV’s bought and installed by him as well as an entire rack of components that needed updating. I went with Sauls advice on each unit and was glad I did. Everything is working perfectly. He also installs the Sonos music system which we use all the time – even though he hooked up an IPOD dock(minimal cost) – we never use it due to the superiority of Sonos. He also suggested Apple TV which we use occasionally to stream thousands of family photos across our main tv. Very cool for the price. We learned a lot from Saul.

All of the wiring is well hidden. The sound is great. I had one speaker with a barely noticable crack in the screen – he replaced it immediately. Any questions I had on operating the remote after installation was promptly answered – sometimes by Saul coming out to the house to repeat what he had already taught me. lol He is always in the neigborhood and does not mind stopping by to troubleshoot. All work was also done timely. His team is top notch – never in a rush and experts in their areas. Also willing to work until the job is complete – we had a glitch with Apple TV set up and they stayed very late one night to systematically troubleshoot and solve situation.

I would not hesitate to have Saul do the work. His price is fair – his service is superior – as well as his work. If we ever have any other media needs – Saul will be the man. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.
